Aden's Big Red Fummins And this is were our conversion business all began. The truck started out as a garaged 99 Ford XLT Lariat with 43,000 original miles. Aden had just started installing the mods that where just hitting the market for the 5.9L CR Cummins and began to see the potential in this motor. It was frustrating to know that with just a few bolt on goodies the CR would literally walk away from most 7.3 Powerstrokes out there. We quickly located an engine and began the install in the old Ford. It didn't take long to find out that few if any had ever tried tackling this. It was a very long and drawen out process getting the engine to run at full potential and finding out what parts where needed to make this thing come alive. Needless to say, we never regretted doing heart surgery on this nearly perfect truck. The truck has long ago turned 100,000 miles without even an issue with the engine. This truck has been out test platform for performance parts. If it's available it's been bolted on this truck, from turbos (too many to mention) injectors (at least 10 sets) performance modules (at least 6 different ones) and the list goes on. The only break down the drivetrain has had was an exploded 4R100 Planetary set, the 40psi boosted launches probably had nothing to do with it. :) It's been fun and it's still the truck we look to whenever a customer looks for us to do a conversion. We call her "Big Red"! |

Kirk's 85 Ford 12 Valve Cummins
We started off with a very clean 1985 Ford F250 with a 460 gasser, owned by Kirk Bryan with Shiloh Sharps Rifles out of Big Timber, MT. The donor engine was a 95 Cummins 12V and we decided to mate that to the vehicles existing ZF 5 Spd trans with a South Bend button clutch. Engine modifications were conservative to maintain driveability and reliability. We decided to go with an Industrial Injection Silver Bullet 62/80, TST #8 Plate, 191 DV's, Bosch 370 Injectors, 4000 gov springs, and ATS arc flow, 99 Ford Intercooler (yes it does fit), and the rest is history. Adaptor plate was made by Destroked, all of the brackets for accesories was provided by Auto World out of Great Falls MT. We took pictures from start to finish, enjoy!!! Ford Conversion Pricing and parts please call for information. We carry Auto World Conversion parts and Destroked Adaptor plates. Click on photo for additional images. |

79 Ford F250
This is Aden's new Toy! Starting life as We will be installing a P-Pumped 24V along with an NV5600 and a Southbend OFEK Clutch. The engine will be pretty mild... with a set of 150 Injectors, Silver Bullet 62, Studs, and the pump flowing out at 435cc's! |

Cy Clarks 03 Dodge Cy's truck started out pretty meek and mild until he started to bring her in. Package includes 4'' Tough Country Lift, 20' with Toyo 35's, Smarty Tuner 4.11, Industrial SuperPhat62, II 80 HP Injectors, aFe Stage II, aFe Blade Runner, FASS 150, Transmission Upgrades and a few other goodies that Cy leaves others to wonder. |

Steel's 06 F350 6.0 Powerstroke Steel's 2006 F350 started out as a low mileage, bone stock 6.0 Powerstroke. It didn't take long before Steel had it all turned up, trying to hang with Aden's Fummins. Steel swore up and down that he would never drop a Cummins in it, but tank after tank of fuel, and at a whopping 13 empty Highway MPG, still not hanging with the 6 cylinder boys, he finally caved in and did her up right! She now screams down the road with a fully balanced rebuilt/built-up 06CR motor with 12v Rods, Diesel Pro Towing cam, 90 Horse Sticks, 110 Valve Springs, ARP Studs, Custom built Twins, and way too many other goodies. Steel opted for a ZF6 and a SB 3250 DD Clutch to get the power to the ground. This thing is now a towing BEAST! |

05 SD Commonrail "Towing Beast" This was for a customer out of Northern MT who had gone through not 1, not 2, not 3, but 4 6.0 Powerstrokes in 160k miles before coming to us for a Commonrail Conversion! This was a unique conversion because the customer was not doing the swap to make it a hot rod, but rather to make it the ultimate work truck. The truck itself weighs in at a whopping 14,500 pounds! (Thats alot of truck!) We started with ripping out the dead 6.0, (saving any usable parts for Steel's 6.0!), then planted the 5.9 powerplant back in it's place. We used an NV5600 transmission with a Southbend 3600 Double Disc clutch. We ran a Magnaflow dual exhaust system, Custom Intake, and Smarty POD Tuner. |

Jerry's 12v Bronco Here is another "blow you out of the water" conversion. This one started with Jerry's 96 Ford Bronco which looked like it had just rolled off the assembly line! The little 351 Windsor just wasn't cutting it, Jerry decided, so he opted for a repower using a good ol' bulletproof 12v Cummins which was built to be, well, a little less than stock to say the least! We did ARP studs, 370 Injectors, Phat Shaft 62/80, and alot of pump work! Putting the power to the ground is a fully built 4R100 controlled by a PCS standalone controller. We installed a limited slip rear differential as well. You could say that this is one nasty little Bronco, and for the most part, it's a sleeper, other than the black 5" exhaust tip and a bit of injector knock! Enjoy! |

Dave Gruhler's 05 Twin Turbo Cummins
Dave's 05 CR needed a little bit more go-go juice to help pull his 5th wheel camper around to shooting events across the country. We set him up with a Volant Intake, 5" Turbo Back MBRP and Smarty, at that point it was game over! Dave became a little power hungry just like the rest of us, and it wasn't long before he was back for more! We later installed an Industrial Silver 64 turbo, Industrial Modded CP3, Industrial 90 horse injectors, studded the head, a Pac Brake, Snow Performance Water methanol kit, Dipricol Gauges, A Southbend Double Disc clutch, Spearco Intercooler, an Airdog 150 other little goodies here and there. Dave was back again recently for a set of Industrials new Towing Twins. He'll be back for more... |

Montana Pump Bob came to us with his 2004 F550 Pump truck... with a 6.0 Powerstroke in it. The truck weighs in at a whopping 18k pounds... empty, and over 20k loaded! After throwing good money after bad... Bob finally came to us looking for a more powerful, more fuel efficient, more reliable powerplant. Picking up a cherry 05 CR and mating it to his factory ford ZF6 transmission with a Southbend Clutch, was the perfect recipe! Bob now reports back regularly with word of better mileage, power to pull this sherman tank up mountain sides, and no more trips to the Ford dealership for engine problems. |
